Visit from the Lieutenant Governor

Yesterday, we had a visit from Lieutenant Governor Brian Dubie. He’s running for governor so has taken to the streets to meet and greet local businesses around Vermont. He was excited to tour the Inn and was interested to hear from us and our experiences as small business owners in Windsor. Once again, it was great to show people the space.

Last night we held a mixer for the Windsor Mt. Ascutney Region Chamber of Commerce at the Inn. It was wonderful to let some of the other local business owners mix, mingle, and enjoy the the space. It was also rewarding to have people pick up on so many of the details that went into each room as we filled them up.

Weekend Flower Arrangements

These gorgeous flower arrangements were created by our very own Keighty. She picked them all on a walk around the lake and then created these striking arrangements (while 6 months pregnant). They were the perfect touch to bring the lovely autumn foliage into the Inn.

A BIG thanks to Kristie and Patrick (and their little man) for celebrating their super 10th anniversary with us at the Snapdragon Inn. We’d also like to give an extra shout out to Kristie for being such an awesome follower of our blog along this adventure. It is so fun to meet the people who have followed us along the journey these last 2 years. Hooray!
